Smashblock’s journey to literacy and opportunity
The Smashblock community recently celebrated a significant milestone through Limberg Mine’s Adult Education Training initiative, which equips the community with essential skills. Ninety-eight percent of participants successfully completed their first English module, with some achieving a perfect score of 100%.
The presentation, attended by Limberg Mine’s directors and managers, highlighted the programme’s focus on literacy, opening doors to new opportunities. Congratulations to all the participants!
Plant developments at Limberg Mine
LMC’s landscape has undergone significant changes with major developments in plant construction. The commissioning of the new plant is scheduled early 2025.

LMC equip schools with new computer labs
Chromtech Holdings and Limberg Mining Company have partnered to equip three local high schools in their communities with new computer labs. Through their non-profit social investment company, Titali, they have provided extensive technological resources to these schools, transforming traditional classrooms into advanced digital learning centres.
